Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Senior Consultant on Deloitte’s Sales & Service team, you help design and deliver customer transformation across marketing, sales, and service. You’ll shape requirements, define functional designs, prototype, map processes, and guide testing, training, and support for implementations. Your work supports cross-functional teams and client success across multiple industries. This is an opportunity to drive impactful CRM outcomes at scale within a global professional services firm. Compensation / Benefits * Identify business requirements and manage requirements artifacts * Design functional solutions and prototypes; map processes and flows * Lead testing, training, and definition of support procedures * Support end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds * Coordinate with teams to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines * Build professional client relationships and communicate clearly Tasks * 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience * 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations in at least two of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud * Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC) * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent experience * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
