Salesforce Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Senior Consultant on Deloitte’s Sales & Service team, you help design and deliver CRM transformations that strengthen customer relationships. You’ll translate business requirements into functional designs, prototype solutions, and guide multi-phase implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape scoping, testing, training, and support processes, driving measurable business impact. This role offers exposure to global client engagements, a focus on customer transformation, and opportunities to lead workshops and deliver high-value outcomes.
