Microsoft Identity Entra ID Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Senior Engineering Management Specialist in Deloitte’s Cyber team, you design and implement Microsoft identity platforms to strengthen client identity and access controls. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to assess Entra ID and Active Directory environments, plan migrations, and advise on security operations and post-implementation reviews. This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic guidance to reduce cyber risk and enable secure digital interactions. You’ll engage with clients and contribute to transforming identity security at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Assess Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments, including configuration, hardening, MFA, SSO, conditional access, and identity provider migrations * Architect, design, and implement AD and Microsoft Entra ID deployments, migrations, upgrades, and domain consolidations * Perform health checks, discovery, cleanup, and security assessments of AD services (DNS, DHCP, GPO, privileged groups, service accounts, DR readiness) * Support application and directory integrations across Entra ID, AD, LDAP, Azure B2B, Azure B2C, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect * Advise clients on security operations, reporting, threat protection, troubleshooting, and post-implementation reviews for Microsoft identity platforms Tasks * 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, problem solving, and solution architecture for Microsoft identity platforms (AD and Entra ID) * 4+ years of experience implementing and operating Entra ID including CA, SSO, MFA, Privileged Access Management, and application integrations * 4+ years of experience implementing and operating Active Directory including AD Federation Services, domain/domain forest recovery, GPOs, group Managed Service Accounts, security groups, trusts, and federation * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, or Master of Computer Applications * Willingness to travel 25-50% and potential limited immigration sponsorship Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
