Oracle Technical Cloud Associate Vice President

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Oracle Cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation to enable enterprise transformation and business value. You will guide cloud migration, application and database consolidation, and AI-enabled deployments within Oracle Cloud, collaborating across client teams to align solutions with business goals. You contribute to a high-impact Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice that drives cloud transformation for top organizations. You will mentor others and steer multi-project delivery in a fast-paced environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and implementation of Oracle Platform as a Service solutions across cloud and hybrid environments * Oversee cloud migration and consolidation initiatives across complex programs * Advise on embedded AI agent design and deployment within Oracle Cloud (Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI) * Lead project teams and provide strategic and technical guidance throughout solution delivery * Align solution strategy with client business objectives, operating priorities, and transformation goals Tasks * 10+ years designing and delivering enterprise IT solutions * 8+ years with Oracle technologies * Experience leading or managing RICE delivery for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations * Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud PaaS extensions using best practices * 4+ years leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives (OCI, Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle SOA Suite) * Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields * Ability to travel 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * broad range of benefits * inclusive culture * professional development * mentorship opportunities * leadership opportunities
