Oracle Technical Cloud Associate Vice President

Experteer Overview In this role, you guide Oracle Cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation to drive enterprise transformation and business value. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across cloud and on-prem environments, shaping platform solutions and AI-enabled deployments. The position sits within Deloitte’s Oracle Enterprise Solutions, helping clients optimize processes and accelerate cloud-led change. You will mentor teams, manage complex programs, and partner with clients to deliver measurable results. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and rollout of Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) across cloud and hybrid setups * Steer cloud migration, application consolidation, and database consolidation in large programs * Advise on embedded AI agents within Oracle Cloud (AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI) * Guide project teams and provide strategic/technical direction throughout delivery * Align solution strategy with client goals and transformation priorities Tasks * 10+ years in enterprise IT solution design and delivery * 8+ years with Oracle technologies * Leading/managing RICE deliveries for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations * 4+ years of Oracle Cloud integration using Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle SOA Suite * Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
