Workday Adaptive Planning Sr Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Workday Adaptive Planning Sr Consultant, you help drive finance, supply chain, and manufacturing planning transformations for large enterprises using Deloitte’s Momentum approach. You lead workstreams with cross-functional teams, design functional solutions, and oversee testing, training, and cutover planning. You’ll deliver end-to-end, adaptive Workday Adaptive Planning implementations that create measurable value for clients. This role blends strategic impact with hands-on delivery in a dynamic, client-facing environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead project workstreams and document business and management requirements * Provide functional design, prototyping, scenario design, and flow mapping * Plan, execute and validate testing; develop user training and support procedures * Create documentation and collateral; design and execute test/use cases * Configure Workday software and prioritize/sequencing workstreams * Support project leadership and coordinate schedules across teams Tasks * 5+ years of consulting or industry experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM products * 2+ years leading Enterprise Performance Management workstreams in Adaptive Planning * Experience leading workstreams on at least two Workday Adaptive Planning or similar deployments * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience * Workday Adaptive certification or successful completion of relevant Workday certification upon joining * Ability to travel up to 50% on average Key requirements *
