Software Development Engineer - Adobe Firefly Web

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and build growth-focused software and libraries for Adobe Firefly’s web platform, enabling rapid experimentation and personalized experiences. You will lead architecture for programmable surfaces and collaborate with product, analytics, and builds teams to deliver measurable business impact. Expect to work on high-velocity testing capabilities, scalable web UX, and production-grade infrastructure. This is a chance to influence growth strategy and 1:1 personalization at scale in a key product area. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, test, and optimize growth-focused software and libraries with measurable business impact * Lead architecture for programmable surfaces and frameworks, balancing quality, testability, and scale * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer-focused solutions for acquisition and engagement * Contribute domain expertise to enhance product capabilities and testing tooling * Build programmable/configurable surfaces in React-based apps with balanced scope * Produce high-quality code aligned with business priorities and anticipate issues * Create internal apps, dashboards, and utilities to boost testing velocity * Configure Kubernetes/Docker infrastructure for production SPAs at scale * Leverage Adobe Target guidance for A/B testing and DOM optimization * Engage internal Growth customers to refine testing infrastructure * Promote continuous learning and innovative practices across the team * Explore new technologies and methods to enable 1:1 personalization * Communicate progress and translate technical work into business value * Participate in agile development, including pair programming and code reviews Tasks * 5+ years building and deploying web applications or interactive websites * Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML & CSS, ES6, Web Components, and React, Vue, or equivalents * Familiarity with modern web dev tools and patterns (NPM, webpack), loading optimization, Git, cloud deployment * Attention to visual design and ability to craft responsive, visually rich experiences with CSS * Experience with cross-browser compatibility * Experience with RESTful Web Services * Ability to prototype from scratch and maintain large codebases * Experience shipping software in a commercial environment and handling last-minute fixes * Passion for computer science and web application development * Adaptability in dynamic environments and willingness to learn new technologies Key requirements * comprehensive benefits programs
