Experteer Overview As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will model systems and networks using DoDAF/UAF frameworks to guide strategic enterprise initiatives. You’ll work on high-visibility projects with cross-functional teams, advising on feasibility and architectural direction for critical DoD programs. Your role blends architecture governance, migration planning, and collaboration with government and military stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Maintain architecture products inventory and ensure alignment with future state architectures. * Collaborate with end-user teams to define migration strategies and technology approaches. * Champion reference architectures and transition from tactical to strategic solutions. * Provide guidance on enterprise activities and resolve architecture issues. * Conduct architecture reviews to ensure alignment with target states. * Identify risks and opportunities, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery. * Support scalability, knowledge transfer, and organizational change management. * Lead IPT sessions and coordinate cross-functional execution. Tasks * U.S. citizen with active secret DoD clearance * Bachelor or Master degree in relevant discipline (Information Assurance, Computer Science, MIS) or equivalent experience * 7+ years as a Data Architect supporting ARNG G6 * Expertise in DoDAF and UAF enterprise architecture modeling * Strong knowledge of enterprise application design patterns and agile management * Ability to work with Developers, PMs, Testers, and Production Support Engineers * Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills * Ability to integrate with Data Architects and Data Scientists Key requirements * flexible time off * learning resources * healthcare * retirement * family support * continuing education
