Experteer Overview In this Senior Consultant role, you help clients tackle identity, access, and data protection challenges with AI-enabled engineering solutions. You will bridge client needs with practical, production-grade architectures and hands-on delivery. Lead teams, shape technical pursuits, and create reusable accelerators to drive high-quality outcomes. The work blends client engagement with technical delivery to strengthen clients’ cyber resilience and drive measurable impact. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery objectives * Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions, including troubleshooting * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, proofs of concept, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement * Build team and client capability via reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in relevant field * 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 3+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless approaches * 3+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions with Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ year delivering solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI/large language model solutions in production * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
