Cyber Identity - FDE Senior Consultant - Senior Engineering Management Specialist

Experteer Overview In this Senior Consultant role within Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you will solve identity, access, and data protection challenges through AI-enabled engineering solutions. You’ll lead hands-on delivery, architect production-grade systems, and shape pursuits with reusable accelerators. You’ll mentor teams and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients while advancing Deloitte’s AI-driven cyber services. This is a cross-functional, client-facing role at scale that blends strategy with practical execution. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled, target-architecture solutions * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade systems and troubleshoot complex issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demos, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Oversee client delivery including scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction * Build team capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering/IT/Cybersecurity or related field * 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 3+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using REST, microservices, event-driven, or serverless patterns * 3+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions in Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ year delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing/deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client/production environments * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
