Cyber Senior Consultant - AI SOC

Experteer Overview In this role you help deliver security engineering solutions that modernize client security operations across monitoring, detection, response, and automation. You will work directly with client stakeholders to design and implement capabilities spanning SIEM, SOAR, telemetry, and AI-enabled workflows, translating requirements into deployable solutions. You’ll drive analyst efficiency, improve alert quality, and speed up response, while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready engineering assets. This is a client-facing, impact-focused opportunity to shape resilient security operations at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement security operations solutions across SIEM, SOAR, telemetry, detection and response * Develop integrations, automation playbooks, and data pipelines for ingestion, enrichment, triage, investigation, and response * Collaborate with SOC analysts, threat hunters, and client stakeholders to test and tune detection content and processes * Translate security operations requirements into technical designs, deployment plans, and engineering solutions * Support embedded client delivery by leading day-to-day workstream execution and documenting outcomes * Contribute reusable assets and implementation patterns for future projects * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Provide clear guidance and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience * 6+ years of experience in security operations, detection engineering, security engineering, or enterprise cyber defense * Experience designing or optimizing SIEM, SOAR, detection, telemetry or response workflows * Experience building and maintaining integrations, automation, or engineering workflows using Python or similar scripting language * Experience translating operational requirements into technical solutions with clients or stakeholders * Ability to travel ~50% as needed * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
