Job description
Experteer Overview Join Deloitte’s Cyber team to build governed data foundations powering cyber risk, compliance evidence, and AI-enabled cyber workflows. You will design production-grade data pipelines and models that support risk reporting, controls monitoring, and audit-ready evidence, with strong governance and privacy-by-design. You’ll bridge data engineering with GRC in regulated environments and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Expect hands-on delivery of AI-enabled capabilities and integrations to accelerate governance, risk, and compliance. This role offers impact at scale in a forward-looking security programs context. Compensation / Benefits * Build scalable batch and stream data pipelines ingesting security telemetry, control evidence, and compliance artifacts into governed data stores. * Design data models for risk and controls domains, enabling self-service analytics and dashboards. * Implement data quality checks, lineage, metadata, and access controls to support auditability and defensible evidence. * Develop AI-enabled capabilities for governance, risk, and cyber operations (evidence summarization, control testing assist, policy Q&A, investigation copilots, ticket triage). * Engineer integrations between data platforms, governance workflows, and enterprise systems with observable runbooks for production support. * Collaborate with Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal to translate requirements into implementable controls and guardrails. Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 4+ years of data engineering and software development with Python and SQL * Experience building production data pipelines and data models for batch/stream processing on cloud platforms * Experience implementing data governance controls including classification, encryption, access control, retention, audit logging, and lineage/metadata management * Experience supporting GRC workflows including risk reporting, audit data requests, controls monitoring/testing, and tool integrations with LLM-enabled applications * Ability to travel 0-25% and willingness for potential immigration sponsorship Key requirements * broad range of benefits
