Job description
Experteer Overview In this role you help build governed data foundations for cyber risk, compliance evidence, and AI-enabled security workflows. You’ll design production-grade data pipelines and data models, enabling risk reporting, controls monitoring, and audit-ready evidence. You collaborate with Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal teams to translate requirements into robust controls and guardrails. You’ll apply governance, privacy-by-design, and AI-assisted capabilities to scale secure, compliant operations. Compensation / Benefits * Build scalable batch and streaming data pipelines ingesting security telemetry, control evidence, and compliance artifacts into governed data stores * Design data models for risk and controls domains including indicators, issues, risk acceptance, audit evidence, and policy exceptions * Implement data quality, lineage, metadata, and access controls to support auditability and regulatory defensibility * Develop AI-enabled capabilities for governance, risk, compliance and cyber ops (evidence summarization, control testing assist, Q&A, copilots, ticket triage) * Engineer integrations between data platforms, governance workflows, and enterprise systems with observable runbooks * Partner with Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal to translate requirements into guardrails and implementable controls Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 4+ years of experience in data engineering and software development using Python and SQL * Experience building production data pipelines and data models for batch and/or stream processing on cloud platforms * Experience implementing data governance controls including data classification, encryption, and lineage/metadata management * Experience supporting governance, risk, and compliance workflows and LLM-enabled applications using retrieval-augmented generation Key requirements *
