Senior Consultant - SAP PP

Experteer Overview Join Deloitte’s SAP practice to drive business transformation with SAP-enabled solutions. You will support clients across the SAP solution lifecycle, focusing on Production Planning (PP) to modernize manufacturing, improve planning, and enable supply chain transformation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams on design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization while contributing to practice growth and knowledge sharing. This role offers hands-on PP configuration, multi-project delivery, and exposure to cutting-edge tech in a collaborative environment. Compensation / Benefits * Deliver SAP PP solutions to modernize manufacturing operations and support supply chain initiatives * Assess current and design future-state SAP PP solutions across core areas (MRP, production orders, shop floor control, capacity planning, Kanban, repetitive/process manufacturing) * Collaborate with business and tech teams on workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization * Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, coaching juniors, and assisting with business development Tasks * Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree plus 6+ years in SAP/ERP/consulting * 5+ years of SAP consulting with end-to-end solution design and delivery in a consulting or industry setting * 3+ years of hands-on SAP PP configuration * Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including 1+ in a primary PP role * Experience configuring SAP PP across 3+ functional areas (e.g., MRP/PP-D/PP-PI, production orders, shop floor, capacity planning, PP-DS, Kanban) * 1+ year configuring and designing in at least one SAP module outside PP (MM/QM/EWM/PM/TM) * Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration * Willingness to travel up to 50% Key requirements * broad range of benefits
