Senior Consultant - SAP PP

Experteer Overview Join Deloitte’s SAP practice to drive business transformation using SAP-enabled solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to modernize core processes and support digital transformations for diverse clients. The role focuses on delivering SAP PP solutions that improve manufacturing planning and supply chain performance, from design through go-live and stabilization. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position with opportunities to contribute to practice growth and knowledge sharing. You will be part of a collaborative, client-focused team shaping large-scale SAP programs. Compensation / Benefits * Deliver SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions to modernize manufacturing operations and support supply chain transformation * Assess business requirements, analyze current-state processes, and design future-state SAP PP solutions * Configure SAP PP across core functional areas (MRP, production orders, master data, shop floor control, capacity planning, Kanban, repetitive/process manufacturing) * Collaborate with business and technology teams on workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization activities * Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, and supporting business development Tasks * Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with 6+ years of SAP/ERP/consulting experience * 5+ years of SAP consulting experience supporting solution design and end-to-end delivery * 3+ years of hands-on SAP PP configuration experience * Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations (1+ in primary SAP PP role) * Experience configuring SAP PP across 3+ functional areas (e.g., PP-D, PP-PI, MRP, shop floor, PP-DS, Kanban) * 1+ year configuration/solution design experience in at least one SAP module outside PP (MM, QM, EWM, PM, TM) * Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration * Willingness to travel up to 50% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * broad range of benefits * professional development opportunities * inclusive culture * leadership and mentorship programs * opportunities for career growth
