Senior Consultant - SAP PP

Experteer Overview Join Deloitte’s SAP practice to drive business transformation using SAP-enabled solutions. You will work within cross-functional teams to modernize core processes, enable digital transformation, and deliver value for clients. This role focuses on SAP PP capabilities to optimize manufacturing and supply chain performance. You will engage across the solution lifecycle, influence design and deployment, and contribute to practice growth with knowledge sharing and coaching. Compensation / Benefits * Deliver SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions to modernize manufacturing operations and support supply chain transformation * Assess current-state processes, design future-state SAP PP solutions, and align with business requirements * Configure SAP PP across core areas (MRP, production orders, shop floor control, capacity planning, Kanban, repetitive/process manufacturing) * Collaborate with business and technology teams on workshops, design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization activities * Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, and supporting business development initiatives Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree plus 6+ years of SAP/ERP/consulting experience * 5+ years of SAP consulting experience in solution design and end-to-end delivery * 3+ years of hands-on SAP PP configuration experience * Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including at least 1 in a primary SAP PP role * Experience configuring SAP PP across 3+ functional areas (e.g., MRP, production orders, shop floor control, PP-DS, Kanban) * 1+ year of configuration and solution design experience in at least 1 SAP module outside PP (e.g., MM, QM, EWM, PM, TM) * Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration program * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * broad range of benefits * professional development opportunities * inclusive culture
