SAP/SF Payroll Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role, you will help design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions as part of Deloitte’s HR Strategy & Technology team. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver payroll configurations that align with business goals. You’ll lead workstreams, manage deadlines, and maintain strong client relationships to drive successful transformation initiatives. This position offers opportunities to shape global HR technology delivery and impact workforce experiences. Compensation / Benefits * Support configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll for client engagements * Collaborate with project teams to deliver results and contribute to project success * Lead and manage teams across assigned workstreams * Maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met * Build and maintain relationships with clients and project team members throughout engagements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations * Ability to travel 0-50% depending on client/projects * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Preferred: consulting experience supporting enterprise clients; experience leading teams and managing projects to meet timelines Key requirements *
