Google Gemini Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will design Google Gemini services and oversee delivery across onshore/offshore teams for Deloitte’s Sales & Service portfolio. You’ll manage client relationships, guide project execution, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts. You’ll lead delivery workstreams, design business and technical solutions, and contribute to proposal development and staffing. This is a hands-on consulting role with a strong emphasis on technical leadership, client impact, and cross-functional collaboration. Compensation / Benefits * Design and oversee Google Gemini services and delivery across global teams * Manage client interactions and sponsor relationships at senior levels * Lead and coordinate requirement gathering, design, prototyping, testing, data migration, and cutover activities * Guide analytics and technical solutions to solve client business problems * Drive business development within existing clients, shaping scope and pricing in proposals * Develop and coach delivery teams, participate in staffing and retention activities * Mentor others and provide clear guidance across projects Tasks * Minimum 5 years of consulting or industry experience * Hands-on end-to-end delivery with GCP Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) * At least 2 years with GECX Self-service, Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, or Quality AI; and BigQuery & Looker for analytics * Ability to travel up to 50% * Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) Key requirements *
