Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte’s Digital Assets Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team, you lead client engagements on digital asset risk, regulatory compliance, and licensing, guiding teams and acting as the primary client contact. You translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable roadmaps and risk frameworks, shaping future-ready operating models. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to help clients navigate today’s challenges and prepare for tomorrow’s opportunities, leveraging data, AI, and emerging tech to drive value. Compensation / Benefits * Oversee end-to-end client projects on digital asset risk, regulatory compliance, and licensing, including scoping, resources, timelines, quality, and deliverables * Maintain trusted client relationships as the daily advisor on regulatory, risk, and licensing topics for digital asset initiatives * Lead teams in assessing traditional and digital asset processes, risk frameworks, and control environments across banking and capital markets * Guide clients through the U.S. regulatory landscape (e.g., GENIUS Act) and licensing requirements * Design and optimize risk management strategies and internal controls in line with regulatory demands * Provide strategic vision on how banking innovation impacts risk and compliance and develop future-ready operating models * Translate complex regulatory matters into actionable roadmaps, policies, and analyses * Monitor market and regulatory trends to shape client strategy and compliance posture * Lead client communications, workshops, and executive updates with diverse stakeholders * Foster team development, mentoring, and contribute to Deloitte’s talent strategy * Support business development and proposal writing for the Digital Assets risk and regulatory practice Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field * Minimum 7 years in financial services, consulting, or related field with risk/regulatory/compliance experience in digital or traditional banking and capital markets * Expertise in banking/capital markets infrastructures, asset lifecycle events, and risk frameworks * Deep understanding of the U.S. regulatory environment and licensing experience for digital assets * Experience leading client teams in risk and compliance programs for digital asset activities * Ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly to diverse audiences * Experience managing multiple projects or large workstreams with high quality and timeliness * Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills * Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership abilities; ability to mentor and manage teams * Ability to travel up to 75% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
