Workday Adaptive Planning Sr Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you drive enterprise planning and transformation projects within Deloitte’s Emerging ERP Solutions practice. You collaborate with client leadership to deliver adaptive planning implementations and related Workday/ERP initiatives, enabling finance, supply chain, or manufacturing transformations. You’ll lead workstreams, craft functional designs, and support rapid value delivery using Deloitte’s Momentum approach. This role combines hands-on design, analytics, and client-facing leadership to create measurable business impact. Compensation / Benefits * Lead project workstreams and document business and management requirements * Provide functional design, prototyping, and scenario design * Conduct testing, user training, and define support procedures * Configure Workday software and prioritize/sequencing workstream tasks * Coordinate schedules and produce documentation and collateral * Create and execute test/use cases and assist project leadership as needed Tasks * 5+ years of consulting or industry experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM products * 2+ years leading Enterprise Performance Management workstreams in Adaptive Planning * Experience leading workstreams on at least two Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM implementations/deployments * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience * Workday Adaptive certification or plan to complete relevant certification upon joining * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * professional development opportunities * inclusive culture * broader Deloitte benefits * career growth opportunities * varied client exposure
