Website Content Coordinator

ATA Services Inc seeks a Website Content Coordinator to support our Information Technology & Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will manage, update, and optimize website content for public- and private-sector clients, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with branding and accessibility standards. You will work closely with IT staff and stakeholders to maintain site structure, publish new pages, refine navigation, and apply SEO best practices. Coordinate and publish website content across IT & Digital Solutions platforms Maintain site structure, navigation, and content accuracy Optimize on-page SEO, metadata, and internal linking Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to plan and prioritize updates Ensure content meets branding, accessibility, and style guidelines Monitor site performance and user engagement using analytics tools Troubleshoot basic content and formatting issues within the CMS Maintain content calendars and documentation Support digital projects and web enhancements led by IT Communicate progress, risks, and timelines to internal partners Web content management HTML/CSS basics SEO fundamentals Content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) Web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) Digital asset management Accessibility standards (WCAG) Content QA and proofreading Basic graphic editing (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) Cross-functional collaboration Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
