Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you partner with CFO and Finance leadership to design and execute Finance Transformation programs that shape Deloitte’s finance future. You drive workstreams within large-scale initiatives, enabling a human-led, AI-powered finance ecosystem, and you build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You will develop analyses, create influencing presentations, and implement recommendations that realize strategic opportunities. This is a high-visibility, impact-focused role in a team dedicated to transforming Finance operations and driving value. Compensation / Benefits * Support workstreams within Finance-wide transformations and strategic initiatives, gathering and testing insights to produce actionable recommendations * Create compelling presentations to influence senior Deloitte Finance leadership * Develop and modify detailed models for analyses and scenarios * Present findings to senior stakeholders and help implement recommendations * Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with Finance counterparts * Identify leading practices, improve processes, and realign the Finance organization to realize opportunities Tasks * Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation, Organizational Transformation, or Strategy Consulting * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint * Limited travel (approx. 10-20%), with possible remote work * Ability to travel 0-10% depending on client work * Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Effective written and verbal communication * Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work * Ability to lead projects or workstreams * Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor * Ability to meet deadlines and provide clear guidance to others * Empowered self-starter with strategic thinking and cross-team collaboration * Commitment to integrity and confidentiality Key requirements *
