Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you collaborate with CFO and Finance leadership to shape and execute Finance Transformation programs. You will drive workstreams within a large-scale initiative that blends human-led processes with AI-powered finance, delivering impact across the firm. You’ll build trusted advisor relationships with senior Finance stakeholders and translate insights into actionable recommendations. This is a high-visibility role where you influence finance strategy and drive improvement across the operating model. You join a team focused on redesigning Finance operations and enabling a future-ready finance ecosystem. Compensation / Benefits * Support workstreams within Finance-wide transformations, gather/analyze information, test hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations * Create presentations to communicate findings and influence senior Finance leadership * Develop and modify detailed models for analyses and related tasks * Present findings to senior Finance stakeholders and help implement recommendations * Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with Finance counterparts * Identify best practices, improve processes, and support realignment of the Finance organization to seize strategic opportunities Tasks * Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation, Organizational Transformation, or Strategy Consulting * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint * Ability to travel 10-20% (limited travel) and work remotely when not co-locating * Ability to travel 0-10% on average depending on projects Key requirements *
