Experteer Overview In this role you design and operate governed data foundations for cyber risk, compliance evidence, and AI-enabled cyber workflows. You build production-grade pipelines and data models that support risk reporting, controls monitoring, and audit-ready evidence. You collaborate with Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal teams to translate requirements into guardrails and scalable data solutions. You drive governance, privacy-by-design, and observable pipelines in regulated environments. This position blends data engineering with GRC expectations to empower secure, compliant operations. Compensation / Benefits * Build scalable batch and stream data pipelines ingesting security telemetry, control evidence, and compliance artifacts into governed data stores. * Design risk and controls data models, including KRIs, issues, risk acceptance, control testing outcomes, and audit evidence for self-service analytics. * Implement data quality, lineage, metadata, and access controls to support auditability and regulatory defensibility. * Develop AI-enabled capabilities for governance, risk, and cyber operations, including evidence summarization, policy Q&A, investigation copilots, and exception reasoning. * Engineer integrations between data platforms and enterprise GRC workflows using APIs, event patterns, and connectors with production runbooks. * Partner with Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal to translate requirements into implementable controls and guardrails. Tasks * Bachelor in unknown field * 4+ years of experience in data engineering and software development using Python and SQL * Experience building production data pipelines and data models for batch and/or stream processing on cloud platforms with IaC and containers * Experience implementing data governance controls including classification, encryption, secrets management, retention, audit logging, and lineage/metadata * Experience supporting governance, risk, and compliance workflows and LLM-enabled applications using retrieval-augmented generation and secure access patterns * Willingness to travel 0-25%; limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
