Healthcare Life Science Veeva CRM Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role, you help healthcare and life sciences clients design and implement large-scale transformation programs, translating business needs into practical Veeva CRM solutions. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end engagements from assessment to implementation, shaping sales enablement and CRM strategy. You will mentor colleagues, contribute to business development, and advance internal practice capabilities. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and impactful, client-facing projects within Deloitte’s Sales & Service practice. Compensation / Benefits * Help clients maximize ROI of digital sales enablement and sales operations investments * Collaborate with Sales Leadership to craft standardized sales processes and drive tool adoption and reporting * Plan, design, deploy, and support digital sales technology tools * Deliver end-to-end solutions including process analysis, requirements planning, business case development, analytics, and administration support * Mentor colleagues and support career development * Contribute to business development activities (SOWs, proposals, client presentations) * Advance internal practice through training, methodology, toolkit development, and recruiting initiatives Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience * Minimum 3 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience * At least 2 years of hands-on experience advising, designing, or implementing Veeva CRM solutions * Ability to travel up to 50% * Experience working with commercial Life Sciences platforms and cloud products (preferred) Key requirements *
