Experteer Overview In this role, you lead Azure cloud security programs within a broader cyber risk practice, guiding governance, identity, data protection, and AI security across client environments. You will manage multi-site delivery, mentor teams, and shape security strategy and architecture. You’ll act as a primary client contact, translating complex risks into practical remediation and compliance plans, while supporting business development. This is a hands-on, client-facing position that drives secure digital transformation at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Azure cloud cyber risk engagements spanning governance, identity, application and infrastructure security, data protection, and AI security * Manage cross-country delivery teams, including solution design, assessments, implementations, health checks, and post-implementation reviews * Serve as the main client contact, providing guidance on Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and cloud security risk mitigation * Oversee development of deliverables such as assessment reports, architectural designs, recommendations, compliance reporting, and remediation plans * Support business development, talent, and practice activities including proposals, point of view creation, training, recruiting, and coaching Tasks * 6+ years in technical consulting or related Azure-focused roles * 4+ years designing and implementing cloud security solutions * 4+ years architecting enterprise cloud security architectures and strategies * 4+ years experience with Azure Policy, Terraform, or JSON-based infrastructure configuration * 3+ years architecting Azure security, including AI services controls (e.g., data protection, IAM, model scanning) * 3+ years experience with CNAPP, CSPM, or CWPP technologies * Ability to travel ~50% Key requirements *
