Cloud Security Senior Consultant - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview In this role you will help clients secure Azure-based cloud environments while shaping security practices across governance, identity, data protection, and AI security. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to assess risks, design solutions, and deliver actionable recommendations and documentation. The position combines hands-on Azure security work with business development and practice development in a leading cyber risk group. You’ll engage with clients to drive secure digital transformation and resilient operations, including Microsoft Azure AI considerations. Compensation / Benefits * Support delivery of Azure cloud cyber risk engagements across governance, identity, application security, PaaS security, infrastructure security, AI security, security monitoring, resilience, and data protection * Perform cloud security assessments, solution design, implementations, health checks, and post-implementation reviews across Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 * Collaborate with clients to assess security requirements, identify risks, and propose cloud security configurations and remediation actions * Develop project deliverables including assessment reports, architecture diagrams, technical recommendations, compliance reporting, and remediation documentation * Contribute to business development, internal training, technical research, and practice development activities related to Microsoft cloud security services Tasks * 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, solution design, or cloud security implementation in Azure environments * 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud security solutions in public, private, or hybrid clouds * 4+ years of experience designing enterprise cloud security architectures and strategies * 4+ years of experience with Azure Policy, Terraform, or JSON-based infrastructure configuration * 3+ years of experience with CNAPP, CSPM, or CWPP technologies * Experience with Azure security for Azure AI services including data protection, IAM, and model scanning * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
