Experteer Overview As a Cloud Security Senior Consultant, you help clients secure Azure-based cloud ecosystems and AI services, shaping secure digital transformation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to assess risks, design security architectures, and implement controls across Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365. You contribute to business development and practice growth while delivering clear, actionable guidance. The role combines hands-on security work with client engagement and mentorship, within a supportive security-focused culture. Compensation / Benefits * Support delivery of Azure cloud cyber risk engagements across governance, identity, application security, and more * Perform cloud security assessments, design, implementations, health checks, and post-implementation reviews (Azure, Entra ID, M365) * Collaborate with clients to assess requirements, identify risks, and recommend configurations/remediation actions * Develop project deliverables including assessment reports, architecture diagrams, and compliance documentation * Contribute to business development, internal training, and practice development related to Microsoft cloud security services Tasks * 4+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or cloud security implementation in Azure environments * 4+ years hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud security solutions in public, private, or hybrid clouds * 4+ years designing enterprise cloud security architectures and strategies * 4+ years with Azure Policy, Terraform, or JSON-based infrastructure configuration * 3+ years with CNAPP, CSPM, or CWPP technologies * Experience with Azure security for AI services (Microsoft Foundry or Azure OpenAI) including data protection and IAM * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program * Reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities * Travel flexibility (potential 50% travel)
