Senior Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer - GPS

Experteer Overview In this Senior Palantir FDE role, you collaborate with senior client and technical teams to rapidly prototype and deploy GenAI-enabled solutions. You’ll shape engagements, deliver production-quality AI software, and drive measurable business impact from day one. You’ll work within a cross-functional pod to mentor others and build reusable components for scalable outcomes. The position sits within Deloitte’s GPS AI & Data offerings, focused on transforming government and public sector operations. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role with a client-facing, impact-driven focus. Compensation / Benefits * Embed with clients to identify business needs and translate GenAI use cases into solutions * Partner with leaders, product owners, architects, and engineers to align priorities and delivery * Lead working sessions to shape solutions and drive client outcomes * Prototype and deliver working AI solutions using industry expertise and emerging capabilities * Mentor newer team members within an FDE pod and contribute reusable components * Coach client teams on platform capabilities and AI enablement; manage expectations and engagement success * Support end-to-end sales and delivery through demos/POCs, proposals, and knowledge transfer * Develop AI-enabled solutions, agentic platforms, and workflows across enterprise AI platforms * Deliver production-quality code with strong testing, CI/CD, logging, and documentation * Design extensible functionality and align solutions with senior team members * Contribute reusable assets including code, prompt libraries, runbooks, and reference implementations Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering (or equivalent) * 7+ years in software engineering, data engineering, data science, or analytics engineering * 1+ years building and deploying GenAI/LLM-powered solutions in client or production environments * 1+ years experience with Palantir; hands-on with Foundry, AIP, or Maven * 1+ years leading project workstreams/engagements and translating business problems into AI solutions * 1+ years building reliable, well-documented code * Ability to travel ~50% * Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; able to obtain US government security clearance Key requirements *
