Experteer Overview In this role you will develop GenAI-enabled solutions within Deloitte’s AI & Engineering team, delivering rapid, production-ready software and engaging with senior stakeholders to drive measurable business impact. You’ll prototype with clients, shape solutions, and mentor peers while advancing enterprise AI platforms. The role emphasizes speed, quality, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to transform client operations. You join a mission-driven practice serving government, public services, and diverse industries, fueling innovation at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Embed with clients to identify business needs and translate GenAI use cases into solutions * Lead sessions to shape solutions and drive outcomes with product owners, architects and engineers * Prototype and deliver working AI solutions leveraging industry expertise * Mentor newer team members and coach client teams on platform capabilities and AI enablement * Support end-to-end sales and delivery with demos/POCs, proposals, and knowledge transfer * Build scalable AI-enabled solutions and reusable assets (code, prompts, runbooks) for enterprise platforms * Deliver production-quality code with robust testing, CI/CD, logging, and documentation * Contribute to design decisions balancing quality, safety, latency, cost, and model risk * Participate in architecture discussions and align solutions with senior team members * Operate within a collaborative FDE pod to enhance team impact Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering * 7+ years of software/data/analytics engineering experience * 1+ years building and deploying GenAI/LLM-powered solutions in client or production settings * 1+ years of Palantir experience (Foundry, AIP, Maven) * 1+ years leading project workstreams and translating business problems into AI solutions * 1+ years building reliable, maintainable, and well-documented code * Ability to travel ~50% * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship; ability to obtain US government security clearance Key requirements *
