AI Engineer, Manager - Tax Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the design, development, deployment, and support of AI-powered tax solutions. You will manage a team of engineers, drive project delivery, and ensure alignment with Deloitte’s tax services goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with clients to deliver scalable Python-based applications and robust AI capabilities. You will mentor juniors and establish best practices to sustain high-quality outputs. This position emphasizes leveraging LLMs and AI tooling to create enterprise-grade tax technology.
