Agentic Capability AI and Data Science Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you design, build, and maintain the agentic infrastructure powering AI-driven delivery at scale. You will shape agent systems and reusable prompts to support cross-functional delivery teams. You’ll stand up MCP servers, CLI tools, and testing frameworks while improving reliability and security. Collaborating with ADEs and AEMs, you will guide how to use the agentic platform and drive scalable, high-quality outputs. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity to advance AI platforms for government and public sector clients. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement agent system architecture and DevSecOps for AI workflows * Build and maintain AI agents, agent systems, and reusable skills/workflows for delivery teams * Develop and govern prompt and context engineering patterns for consistent outputs * Stand up MCP servers, CLI tools, and agent testing frameworks * Deliver platform configuration and integrations (CI/CD, repositories, environments, guardrails) * Standardize orchestration components for enterprise reuse (templates, harnesses, observability) * Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of agent delivery capabilities * Provide technical guidance to ADEs and AEMs on effective use of agentic infrastructure Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering * 7+ years of software engineering experience with platform or infrastructure impact * 5+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML systems in production * 5+ years of cloud platforms and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Kubernetes) * 2+ years of prompt engineering and context optimization with measurable quality improvements * 2+ years designing reusable tools, frameworks, or developer productivity infrastructure * Ability to travel 50% * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship * Must obtain required security clearance Key requirements *
