ERP Federal Functional Accountant Strategy, Growth, and Transformation Senior Consultant

Compensation / Benefits * Support strategy, growth, and transformation initiatives through research, analysis, and structured problem solving * Develop client-ready deliverables such as presentations, workplans, and analysis summaries * Coordinate project activities, track milestones, and maintain documentation for workstreams * Gather, organize, and analyze data to support recommendations and decisions * Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support implementation and project objectives Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future * Active Top Secret security clearance required * Willingness to work on site in Rosslyn, VA 100% of the time * 4+ years applying DoD accounting practices/policies and reporting expectations * 3+ years gathering requirements, documenting processes, and developing functional specifications * 3+ years conducting system testing, UAT, or end-user training * 3+ years of experience ERP functional issues and supporting end-users Key requirements *
