Senior Consultant - SAP SD/OTC

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s SAP practice, you help clients transform core processes through SAP-enabled solutions, aligning business needs with technology to unlock sustained value. You’ll work with cross-functional teams on end-to-end SAP initiatives, from assessment to post-go-live support, contributing to large-scale S/4HANA programs. This role offers exposure to cloud, automation, analytics, AI, and machine learning within a dynamic, growth-focused environment. You will shape solutions that improve sales order management and customer experience, while coaching others and advancing practice capabilities. Compensation / Benefits * Support SAP SD and OTC engagements through design, configuration, and implementation under project leadership * Assess current-state processes and design future-state SAP SD/OTC solutions to improve order management, pricing, fulfillment, billing, and customer experience * Configure SAP SD/OTC across core areas: sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, ATP, returns, EDI/IDoc integration * Develop and maintain deliverables: functional specs, configuration docs, test scripts, defect tracking artifacts * Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization * Contribute to practice growth via knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, and business development support Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience * 5+ years of SAP consulting experience with solution design and end-to-end delivery * 3+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience in SAP SD/OTC * Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including 1+ SD/OTC role * Experience configuring SAP SD/OTC across pricing, billing, ATP, order management, delivery, and EDI/IDoc * Experience producing core implementation deliverables and managing SIT/UAT test cycles * Experience with at least 1 SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration program * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements *
