Senior Consultant - SAP SD/OTC

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll support the full solution lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy SAP SD/OTC solutions that enhance sales order management, pricing, and customer experience. You will develop key deliverables, coach junior practitioners, and contribute to business development while solving complex, scale-up challenges. This role offers impact across industries with a focus on cloud, automation, analytics, and AI/ML enabled transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Support SAP SD/OTC engagements by designing, configuring, and implementing SAP solutions under project leadership * Assess business requirements and design future-state SAP SD/OTC processes to improve order management, pricing, fulfillment, and customer experience * Configure SAP SD/OTC across core areas: sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, ATP, returns, and EDI/IDoc integration * Develop and maintain deliverables: functional specs, configuration docs, test scripts, defect tracking artifacts * Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to support workshops, design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization * Contribute to practice growth via knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, and supporting business development Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree plus 6+ years SAP/ERP/consulting experience * 5+ years SAP consulting experience in solution design and end-to-end delivery * 3+ years hands-on functional configuration in SAP SD/OTC * Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations (1+ in SD/OTC) * Experience configuring SAP SD/OTC in 3+ functional areas (pricing, billing, ATP, order management, delivery, EDI) * Experience producing core deliverables (functional specs, config workbooks, test scripts) and managing SIT/UAT with defect tracking tools * Experience with at least 1 SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration * Ability to travel up to 50% * Preferred: Master’s degree; client service delivery in consulting; ECC to S/4HANA conversion or greenfield S/4HANA; SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA Sales Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
