Microsoft Identity Entra ID Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead and shape Microsoft identity platform projects within Deloitte’s Cyber team, focusing on strengthening identity and access security for clients. You’ll design and implement Entra ID and Active Directory solutions, orchestrate migrations and upgrades, and guide security operations and governance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient identity environments and address complex hybrid environments. Compensation / Benefits * Assess and optimize Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments (tenant setup, MFA, SSO, conditional access, identity governance) * Architect and implement AD/Entra ID deployments, migrations, domain consolidations, and upgrades * Perform health checks, discovery, cleanup, and security assessments of AD services (DNS, DHCP, GPO, service accounts, DR readiness) * Support application and directory integrations across Entra ID, AD, LDAP, Azure B2B/A, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect * Advise clients on security operations, reporting, threat protection, troubleshooting, and post-implementation reviews for Microsoft identity platforms Tasks * 4+ years with Microsoft identity platforms (AD and Entra ID) in consulting/solution architecture * 4+ years implementing/en operating Entra ID features (CA, SSO, MFA, PIM/Privileged Access management, app integrations) * 4+ years implementing/operating Active Directory (AD FS, domain cleanup/recovery, GPO, SAs, trusts, federation) * Bachelor’s degree in relevant field * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
