Senior, SAP Tax Technology - Global Trade

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s SAP Global Trade group, you help clients maximize SAP investments while enabling scalable, compliant, and innovative trade processes. You will work on technology-enabled business processes and modernize core systems using SAP solutions, influencing global trade strategy and automation. The role emphasizes design thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering tangible business outcomes in a fast-paced environment. This is a chance to grow within a global practice and contribute to building Deloitte’s SAP GTS capability. Compensation / Benefits * Assess existing information systems and identify gaps via workshops with business users * Assess and deploy technology solutions to support international trade management operations * Plan and support compliance and automated import/export solutions * Develop customized solutions and draft functional design documentation * Support new business processes in global trade, supply chain, and related areas * Deliver and support complex SAP implementation projects in a team setting * Share expertise within Deloitte and contribute to SAP GTS practice growth Tasks * Minimum 5 years of SAP consulting or relevant industry experience * Experience implementing SAP GTS modules: Compliance Management, Customs Management, Trade Preference * Technical or functional lead on at least two full SAP implementations * Experience with SAP ECC or S/4 modules (SD, MM, LE) * Bachelor’s degree in a legal, business or technology related field * Ability to travel up to 10% * Active accreditations or willingness to obtain (CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or listed certifications) * Experience with end-to-end processes and strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Key requirements *
