Senior, SAP Tax Technology - Global Trade

Experteer Overview In this role you will help clients optimize SAP investments within Deloitte’s Global Trade Practice, shaping how businesses navigate the evolving digital economy. You’ll work on design-thinking driven SAP trade solutions, enabling scalable, compliant, and innovative processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize core systems and expand SAP GTS capabilities. Compensation / Benefits * Assess current information systems and identify gaps during workshops with business users * Assess and deploy technology solutions for international trade management operations * Plan compliance initiatives and explore automated import/export solutions * Develop customized solutions and draft functional design documentation * Support new business processes in global trade and related areas (supply chain) * Deliver implementation support for complex projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment * Share expertise through forums to strengthen Deloitte’s knowledge base * Contribute to development and growth of the SAP GTS practice globally Tasks * 5+ years of relevant SAP consulting or industry experience * Experience implementing SAP GTS modules: Compliance Management, Customs Management, Trade Preference * Technical or functional lead on at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations * Experience with SAP ECC or S/4 modules (SD, MM, LE) * Bachelor’s degree in a legal, business or technology related field * Ability to travel up to 10% * Active accreditations or willingness to obtain (CPA, attorney, Enrolled Agent, various certifications) * Proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Experience presenting to clients or decision-makers * Ability to work in a hybrid model (US-based co-location 2-3 days/week) Key requirements *
