Experteer Overview In this role you help clients solve identity, access, and data protection challenges through AI-enabled engineering. You lead hands-on delivery, shape technical solutions, and develop reusable accelerators to drive client outcomes. You’ll work at the intersection of client engagement and delivery, guiding teams and projects while aligning with Deloitte’s digital trust and privacy mission. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity to build production-grade, AI-driven cyber services at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions and troubleshoot issues * Shape solutions during pursuits through demos, proofs of concept, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction * Build team capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer Tasks * 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection) * 3+ years translating requirements into target architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless patterns * 3+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions in Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ year delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and version control * 6-12 months designing or deploying generative AI/large language model solutions in production * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
