Experteer Overview In this role, you help clients solve identity, access, and data protection challenges through AI-enabled engineering. You’ll bridge client engagement with hands-on delivery, leading teams and shaping production-grade solutions. You’ll develop reusable accelerators and drive high-quality outcomes for clients. This position combines technical execution with pursuit leadership in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled target architectures and delivery plans * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, proofs of concept, and effort estimation * Oversee client delivery scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction; foster continuous improvement * Build team and client capability via reusable accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer Tasks * 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection) * 3+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures (REST APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless) * 3+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ year delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client or production environments * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
