Experteer Overview In this role you will help clients strengthen cyber resilience by leading Next-Generation SOC initiatives. You will design and deploy SOC platforms such as Cortex XSIAM, integrate data sources, and automate incident response. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to tailor threat detection and SOC capabilities to client needs. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position that shapes how organizations defend against evolving threats and respond to incidents. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and deployment of Next-Generation SOC platforms (Cortex XSIAM) and SOAR playbooks * Integrate log and telemetry sources for data quality and visibility * Develop and optimize automated response workflows for containment and remediation * Advise clients on threat detection use cases, automation strategies, and SOC capabilities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance solutions and present findings to stakeholders Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or another technical field * 4+ years in cloud, network, or identity security including 3+ years with AWS, GCP, Azure, and native security tools * 3+ years of experience with SIEM/SOC platforms (Cortex XSIAM, Cortex XDR, Splunk) * 3+ years in SOC operations including detection engineering, automation, log/source management, data ingestion * 3+ years with EDR platforms (Microsoft Defender, Cortex XDR, CrowdStrike) and governance/compliance work; relevant certifications (e.g., PCNSE, CISSP, CEH, CCSP) * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program * Reasonable accommodations for disabilities
