Oracle Technical Cloud Associate Vice President

Experteer Overview As an Oracle Tech Cloud - Associate Vice President, you will guide Oracle Cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation to drive enterprise transformation and business value. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, shape cloud migrations, and oversee consolidation efforts across complex programs. You will advise on embedding AI within Oracle Cloud and ensure solutions align with client objectives. This role sits within Deloitte’s Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice, helping clients accelerate cloud transformation and decision-making with Oracle technologies. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on impact and delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and implementation of Oracle Platform as a Service across cloud and hybrid environments * Oversee cloud migration, application and database consolidation in complex programs * Advise on embedding AI agents within Oracle Cloud (Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI GenAI) * Lead project teams and provide strategic and technical guidance throughout delivery * Align solution strategy, design, and implementation with client business objectives and transformation goals Tasks * 10+ years of IT solution design and delivery experience * 8+ years of Oracle technologies experience * Proven experience leading Oracle ERP Cloud RICE delivery (reporting, integrations, conversions, extensions) * 4+ years leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives (Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle SOA Suite) * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field * Ability to travel ~50% * American or eligible for immigration sponsorship (limited) Key requirements *
