Senior, Technology Innovation - Tax Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of tax innovation ideas within Deloitte Tax, aligning stakeholder input with risk, legal, and compliance workflows. You help move high-impact concepts from concept to reality, delivering growth and efficiency across the Tax practice. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline review processes, communicate progress to senior leadership, and identify bottlenecks for continuous improvement. This opportunity combines technology enablement with tax expertise to shape value across client delivery and internal operations. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as the primary intake point for innovation requests, capturing goals and initiating reviews * Manage innovation requests through Risk, Legal, Cyber, Independence, Procurement workflows * Coordinate stakeholder engagement across Deloitte Tax to ensure alignment at each stage * Maintain tracking dashboards and provide updates to senior stakeholders * Prepare concise status updates, presentations, and briefings for senior leadership * Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the innovation lifecycle and contribute to process improvements * Build cross-functional relationships to facilitate smooth navigation of the innovation process * Support broader TTO Strategic Technology Services initiatives and knowledge sharing Tasks * Bachelor in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline * 3+ years in project management, innovation management, product development, or related professional services * Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and coordinating stakeholder engagement * Knowledge of technology platforms, project tracking tools, and workflow/documentation systems * Experience partnering with technical teams to gather requirements and support implementation * Ability to travel up to 10% and hybrid work model * One of the following accreditations (CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, SAFe/PO, CSPO, Azure, PSCPO, PMP, Six Sigma) or equivalent certification Key requirements *
