Microsoft Identity Entra ID Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will help clients strengthen their identity, access, and platform security using Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory. You will lead design, deployment, and migration efforts while guiding security operations and governance. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient identity solutions and address complex integration challenges. This position offers the opportunity to shape large-scale IAM programs within Deloitte’s Cyber practice and drive meaningful risk management outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Assess Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments including MFA, SSO, conditional access, and ID migrations * Architect, design, and implement AD and Entra ID deployments, migrations, upgrades, and domain consolidations * Perform health checks and security assessments across AD services such as DNS, GPO, privileged groups, and DR readiness * Support application and directory integrations across Entra ID, AD, LDAP, Azure B2B/Azure B2C, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect * Advise clients on security operations, reporting, threat protection, troubleshooting, and post-implementation reviews for Microsoft identity platforms Tasks * 4+ years of experience in technical consulting and solution architecture for Microsoft identity platforms (AD and Entra ID) * 4+ years of experience implementing and operating Entra ID including CA, SSO, MFA, PAM, PIM, and app integrations * 4+ years of experience implementing and operating Active Directory including ADFS, domain/forest recovery, GPOs, group managed service accounts, and trusts * Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or Master in related field * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * travel opportunities (25-50%) * accommodations for disabilities * competitive compensation * professional development opportunities * flexible work arrangements
