SAP/SF Payroll Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementations for client engagements within Deloitte’s HR Strategy & Technology practice. You’ll work with cross-functional project teams to deliver impactful payroll solutions and ensure timely, high-quality results. You will lead workstreams and grow client relationships, balancing hands-on delivery with strategic guidance. The opportunity focuses on transforming workforce systems and maximizing HR effectiveness for enterprise clients. You will join a collaborative, performance-driven team that helps clients navigate complex payroll transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Support configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll for client engagements * Collaborate with project teams to deliver results and contribute to project success * Lead and manage teams across assigned workstreams * Maintain a hands-on role to meet deadlines and ensure deliverables are accurate * Build and maintain relationships with clients and project team members Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 4+ years configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, including at least 2 full life cycle implementations * Ability to travel 0-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
