You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design finance operating models and governance while delivering technology-enabled solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Support finance transformation projects centered on planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics * Gather and analyze as-is processes, requirements, and future-state workflows * Assist design and implementation of finance operating models, governance, and process improvements * Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, and project status updates * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy finance solutions, data-driven reporting, and process automation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 2+ years in finance transformation, FP&A, operating model design, or global business services * 2+ years gathering requirements, documenting process flows, or developing future-state process documentation * 2+ years supporting an Oracle EPM (EPBCS, EPCMCS, EDMCS) based project * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
