• Manage, maintain, and optimise the application landscape
• Design and implement smart automation solutions
• Drive adoption and practical use of AI technologies
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in IT, Business IT, Computer Science, or similar
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
• Knowledge of Azure, APIs, workflows, and integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive, independent, and results-driven mindset
• Native or professional working proficiency in Dutch and English is required
