IT Automation Specialist

We are looking for a digital accelerator-someone who understands business processes, leverages technology intelligently, and takes ownership in driving automation and innovation. In this role, you operate at the intersection of IT and business. You don’t just manage applications-you continuously improve, integrate, and automate them to increase efficiency and business impact. You proactively identify opportunities for optimization and translate them into scalable technical solutions, including the use of modern AI tools. You act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring that requirements are clearly translated into effective, future-proof solutions.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s level (HBO) in IT, Business IT, Computer Science or similar
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Knowledge of Azure (API’s, workflows)
• Experience with or interest in automation, integrations, and AI tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• (Proven) ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa
• Independent, proactive, and results-driven
• Thrive under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and verbal)
