Experteer Overview As part of Fever’s Business Intelligence team, you turn raw data into strategic growth and product insights.You’ll deepen understanding of users, identify improvement opportunities, and partner across functions to drive decisions.You’ll define KPIs, audit reporting, ensure data accuracy, and develop meaningful BI analyses and technology.This role offers meaningful impact in a fast-growing, global leader that values data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Define and understand KPIs and business goals with Fever teams - Audit current reporting and analytics - Audit changes to ensure data accuracy and data normalization - Develop meaningful analysis and BI technology - Perform critical analyses to drive growth and provide insightsResponsabilidades - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical field - 0-2 years of relevant experience - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven mindset - Proficiency in designing data models and reporting, driving results - Excellent written and spoken English; clear communication with developers, business owners, and leaders - High sense of ownership, urgency, and driveRequisitos principales - base salary with potential bonus - 40% discount on Fever events - Madrid-based location with travel opportunities - home office friendly - health insurance - flexible remuneration via Cobee
