Experteer Overview As Growth Analytics Sr analyst, you will be the analytical backbone of Secret Media Network, owning data pipelines and reporting to drive growth.You will combine data engineering and business analytics to influence decisions and build scalable, AI-assisted workflows.You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to turn insights into tangible business impact and push for data-driven improvements.This role offers the chance to shape how Fever scales its data infrastructure and analytics capability to power growth at a global scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Own and maintain data pipelines and dashboards powering team reporting - Define and standardize core metrics across the team - Design and run experiments to drive performance and provide actionable recommendations - Identify growth opportunities through proactive data analysis - Translate analysis into business impact and decisions - Design data foundations and definitions to prevent issues and enable self-serve data - Set data quality, documentation, and access standards - Leverage AI tools to automate recurring reports and analytics workflows - Collaborate with automation and tooling functions to scale processes - Act as the primary data partner for cross-functional teams and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersResponsabilidades - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics) - 3-5 years in Data Analyst / Analytics / BI role in fast-paced digital environments - SQL proficiency and experience with modern data stacks (dbt or equivalent, cloud data warehouses) - Experience building and maintaining dashboards (Metabase, Looker, Tableau or similar) - Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate analytics work - Curious, business-minded analyst who asks why and what to do about it - Experience designing or analyzing A/B tests is a plus - Comfort with ambiguity and turning messy questions into clear analysis - Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plusRequisitos principales -
